What information is required to place an order?
* The recipient’s name
* Physical address & correct postcode
* If the gift is being delivered to a business address, please include the company’s name
* Day time phone number
* Your credit card or PayPal details

How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 7 days for orders under 500, 14 days for orders under 5,000 and 30 days for orders over 5,000.

Can I have a mixture of gloss and matt designs?
Of course. You can create your own combinations on any design, ie: 10 Red Gloss Love Hearts, 10 Red Matt Love Hearts.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. All online orders require a minimum of 10 gift tags.
